I forgot my password!

Reset: to reset your password, you will need to prove you have access to either the verified email on the account, or the registered cell phone. On the login screen, click the Reset password link:

Pick identification method: Once you have clicked reset password, you will have to choose how you want to lookup your account, which requires either your username or your registered email address. Note that usernames and email addresses are different things in Sapience, although many users use their email addresses as their username.

Choose reset method: once we have identified the account, then you can choose the reset method, which is either using your registered email address, or the registered cell phone number.

Changing account password: To change your password, you need to use the Reset Password flow on this screen, which requires some other factor other than simply being logged into the app. This prevents unauthorized changes of your account password, and requires either the registered email to be used, or the registered cell phone.
