The easiest way to use Sapience!
We all use email. Even the most technically challenged professionals do. That’s why we made sure that Sapience Agents are also email agents. You can email with any Sapience Agent, and get a reply right in your inbox. This is one of the app’s best hidden features!
Email In: Sapience can reply to emails
We all use email. Its easy. Well, so does Sapience and it’s a power feature that’s incredibly easy to use.
- Most Sapience Agents, in their welcome message will advertise their email address to you. If email is not enabled on the Agent it won’t, but most will.
- If you have a Sapience account, you can email the agent, it will reply, and the conversation will show up just like other chats in the sidebar.
- Try emailing research@agents.sapiencecloud.ai and asking it any topical question - that’s the email address for the Web Research Agent, which all users have access to (its a “global agent”).
- That’s it! Go try it now 🙂
- Note: it actually ignores the subject line content other that to use that to name the chat. Make sure you put your question in the email body.
Email out: Sapience can email you
All gen3 agents in Sapience can email you data. Simply ask the agent to “email that to me”, or “send me an email” or some variation on that theme.
This is a great way to get content “out” of the system and into your inbox where you can forward it, massage it, etc.
Note: Sapience can only email you - that’s a security thing.
